Downsizing isn't just for retirees anymore. Younger adults are realizing the benefits of living in a smaller home. Here are some benefits, just to name a few:

- Decluttering, and becoming better organized can be a huge benefit in itself.

- Less expensive mortgage payment, and lower property taxes.

- Reduction in maintenance and upkeep.

- Lower utility cost, and so much more.
